Membership Terms
These Membership Terms apply to the Scout, Explorer, and Wanderer memberships offered by Wandererz.
1. Nature of the Membership The membership is a curated sourcing and gifting service. Packages are selected based on the preference profile you provide and available inventory. Specific cards, grades, or market values are not guaranteed.
2. Preference Profile After purchase you will be asked to complete a preference profile. Timely and accurate information helps me source the best possible packages for you or the recipient.
3. Delivery Schedule Packages are delivered over the course of the membership year and timed to the occasions you select when possible. Exact shipping dates may vary based on sourcing and show schedules.
4. Cooling-Off Period You may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase, provided no packages have been shipped and sourcing has not substantially begun. After this window, memberships are non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable After Cooling-Off Because I begin planning and sourcing based on your profile, memberships are non-refundable after the 3-day cooling-off period ends (except where required by law). Requests received after 3 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion.
6. Early Access & Store Discount
- All active members receive early access to new arrivals.
- Wanderer members also receive 5% off regular store purchases while their membership is active.
7. Communication I will communicate primarily by email. Please keep your contact information up to date.
8. Changes I reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
